[Important] Notice of Change in Battery Replacement Service Rules

Effective April 1, 2026, the service will be limited as follows:

Items purchased from our store (Watch Colle)	○ Accepted
Items purchased from other stores (including Yahoo Auctions, etc.)	× Service suspended

For over 20 years, we have provided battery replacement services to many customers. However, we have renewed our system to focus all our resources on maintaining and merchandising our own products, and providing after-sales care to our customers.

We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause to customers seeking maintenance for watches purchased on Yahoo Auctions or from other stores, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

*To customers who purchased from Watch Colle:
We will continue to responsibly maintain your valuable watches as before. Please feel free to stop by when you are in Umeda.
