[Important] Notice of Changes to Battery Replacement Acceptance Rules
Effective April 1, 2026, acceptance will be limited as follows:

For over 20 years, we have provided battery replacement services to many customers. However, we have reformed our system to focus all our resources on maintenance and commercialization of our own products, as well as after-sales care for our customers.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause to customers who are looking for maintenance services for watches purchased from Yahoo Auctions or other stores, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
* To customers who purchased from Watch Colle:
We will continue to responsibly maintain your treasured watches as before. Please feel free to stop by when you are in Umeda.
As a watch repair shop, we can replace batteries for brand watches!
We have a track record of over 7,600 cases for brands such as "Omega," "TAG Heuer," "BVLGARI," "Cartier," and "Franck Muller."
Watch Colle started in Kita Ward, Osaka City in 2001, and as of 2022, it is its 21st year.
We are located on the 1st floor of Osaka Ekimae Daiichi Building, in the heart of Umeda, Osaka, a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Station Central Ticket Gate.
While waiting for battery or strap replacement, you can enjoy complimentary drinks such as
mineral water, hot coffee, green tea, and black tea.
