商品説明
This is a limited edition of 1,960 pieces, a reissue of the 1960s Takano Chateau.
It was released in 1998 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Ricoh Elemex Corporation.
Takano was a domestic manufacturer with technical prowess on par with Seiko and Citizen, but their management deteriorated following damage to their factory caused by the Isewan Typhoon in September 1959.
In 1962, they were acquired by what is now Ricoh, and the manufacturer disappeared from the world after a production period of only 4 years and 11 months.
The wedge-shaped indices provide a classic atmosphere.
The case and case back are made of stainless steel, and the crystal is mineral glass.
