The 256 is a small chronograph model with a case diameter of 38.6mm.
It is a small, lightweight model that is easy for daily use, while boasting excellent functionality, legibility, and operability.
The case is made of stainless steel with a matte finish, and the bezel is black.
While retaining the aesthetic of the Sinn 155, which was officially adopted as a German Air Force chronograph in the 1960s, the screw-down crown and case back, and guarded pushers enhance practicality.
The tachymeter on the bezel displays speeds from 60 km/h to 1000 km/h.
While most tachymeters have a maximum value of 500 km/h, this model features a unique bezel design with values engraved up to "1000".
Due to its tachymeter specification, the bezel does not rotate.
The dial is matte black, offering high legibility of the time.
It features luminous indices and hands.
It is equipped with a Valjoux 7750 automatic movement.
It features a manual winding function, a hack function, and a quick-set date and day function, offering high practicality.
How to Operate
Unscrew Crown: Rotate downwards from the normal position
The crown screws in smoothly.
When screwing in the crown, we recommend carefully finding the thread and screwing it in slowly to avoid stripping the threads.
Manual Winding: Unscrew the crown and rotate upwards
Time Setting: Pull the crown out two clicks and rotate downwards
The second hand stops when the crown is pulled out two clicks.
Date Quick-Set: Pull the crown out one click and rotate upwards
Day Quick-Set: Pull the crown out one click and rotate downwards
Operating the quick-set function when the watch hands are between '9 PM and 2 AM' will cause damage.
We recommend setting the time to around 6 o'clock before performing any quick-set operations.
Frequent use of the chronograph will accelerate wear and tear on its components. Please be aware of this.
Start Chronograph: Press the top right button
Stop Chronograph: (While started) Press the top right button
Reset Chronograph: (While stopped) Press the bottom right button
Always reset the chronograph when it is stopped.
Resetting it while it is not stopped will cause damage.
Condition
This watch has been overhauled by our store.
The crown screws in smoothly.
If the crown threads are damaged, only the manufacturer can repair them.
Please handle with care to avoid stripping the threads.
The manufacturer's warranty card only lists the model number and serial number.
The retailer's warranty card indicates it was sold in 1998.
As this is a USED item, there is no waterproof guarantee.
