This particular piece has been completely serviced at Patek Philippe's Swiss headquarters and is still sealed in its original plastic.
The Ref. 3445 features a rare 18KWG case with a screw-down back.

The WG crown with the Calatrava emblem is brand new.

How to Operate Caliber 27-460M
How to pull out the crown: Insert a fingernail between the case and the crown, and move it like a lever.
When pulling out the crown, it's easier to insert a fingernail between the crown and case from both the front and back.
Please remove the watch from your wrist before operating it.
Gentle operation reduces strain on the crown and prevents it from coming out.
Manual winding: Turn the crown upwards in its normal position.
Time setting: Pull out the crown and turn it upwards.
The second hand does not stop.
Date quick-set: Pull the crown out one step and move the time back and forth between '8:20 PM and 12:00 AM' during time setting.
1) Please move the hands to 12:00 AM (midnight).
If the date changes, it's 12:00 AM. If it doesn't change, it's 12:00 PM.
2) Once you've confirmed the date has changed, move the hands back to 8:20 PM.
This prepares the watch to display the next day's calendar.
3) Advance the hands to 12:00 AM.
Confirm that the date has advanced by one day.
By repeating steps 1) to 3), you can quick-set the date one day at a time.
Please operate slowly to reduce strain on the movement.

This watch has been completely serviced at Patek Philippe's Swiss headquarters.
It comes with a two-year repair warranty from July 27, 2023.
The crystal and WG crown were also replaced with new ones during the complete service.
The plastic from the repair return is unopened.
Photos after the complete service are provided in images 16-19 of the product images.
The strap is a genuine Patek Philippe alligator leather strap.
It has some slight creasing.
The buckle is also genuine Patek Philippe and made of 18K white gold.
Accessories include the repair invoice issued by Patek Philippe, a watch case, and a repair box.
Due to its age, it is not water-resistant.
Please avoid wearing it on rainy or hot days.
Please also be careful of impacts and magnetic fields.
