商品説明
This is a 56 King Seiko Superior Chronometer manufactured in 1969.
The 56 King Seiko Chronometer was the first domestically produced automatic watch to receive 'Official Chronometer Certification'.
Due to this official certification, the dial was officially marked 'CHRONOMETER OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED' as a chronometer of international standard.
This is a rare model with 'SUPERIOR' (meaning high quality or superior) and 'CHRONOMETER OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED' (officially certified chronometer) on the dial.
It is an early and rare example among the 5626-7000 series.
The dial has a sunburst finish, creating an elegant luster that changes with the direction of the light.
The case features a one-piece case design with an integrated case back, and the case back has a golden KS medallion.
The crown is engraved with 'KS', exclusive to King Seiko.
The movement is a high-beat specification with 28,800 vibrations per hour (8 beats), and includes a date and day display.
This watch is recommended for those looking for a simple and elegant antique watch.
It is also recommended for those seeking an example with a well-preserved golden KS medallion on the case back, as this one is in beautiful condition.
