This is an Oris "BC3" automatic wristwatch.
The Big Crown series was introduced in 1941, featuring a crown that could be operated while wearing gloves. It became popular among U.S. Army Air Forces pilots and has since become one of Oris's signature models.
The dial is black with Arabic numerals, providing high visibility.
There is a day display in English at the 12 o'clock position and a date display at the 6 o'clock position.
The hour and minute hands, as well as the dots on the outer periphery of the indices, are luminous.
The case is made of stainless steel with a screw-down case back.
The crystal is made of sapphire, which has the advantage of being highly scratch-resistant.
The crown has a large diameter of 6.6mm, making it easy to operate.
It features a quick-set calendar function and a manual winding function, making it highly practical.
Instructions
Manual winding: Rotate upwards in the normal crown position.
Time setting: Pull the crown out to the second click and rotate downwards.
The second hand will stop.
Quick-set date: Pull the crown out to the first click and rotate upwards.
Quick-set day: Pull the crown out to the first click and rotate downwards.
Operating the quick-set function while the watch indicates a time between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM may cause damage.
We recommend setting the time to around 6:00 before performing a quick-set operation.

There are minor scratches on the case that could not be removed by polishing.
The crystal, dial, and hands are clean with no noticeable scratches.
The strap is brand new (manufactured by Di-Modell), so you can use it with confidence.
It is made of water-resistant cowhide, which is thick yet soft.
