This is a rare manual winding model, Ref. 1419, from IWC, manufactured in 1969, featuring an 18k gold (K18) case.

Operating Instructions
Manual Winding: Turn the crown upwards in the normal position.
Pulling the Crown: Gently pull out the crown by inserting your fingernail between the case and the crown.
Pulling the crown too forcefully may cause it to detach. Please pull it out gently.
To prevent the crown from bending, please remove the watch from your wrist before operating.
Gentle operation can reduce stress on the crown.
Setting the Time: Pull the crown out and turn it upwards.
Condition
This watch has been overhauled and its exterior polished.
The crystal is clear with no noticeable scratches.
The strap has been replaced with a new CASSIS strap, ensuring comfortable wear.
This model was originally not waterproof.
Avoid wearing it on rainy or hot days, and be careful with moisture.
