The Ref. 79280 is the "fourth generation" of Tudor chronographs, produced from 1995 to the mid-2000s. It comes with a manufacturer's international repair warranty valid until February 2028, offering both practicality and investment value at a high level.

Condition

This watch underwent an overhaul, and replacement of the crown, both pushers, and sapphire crystal at Rolex Japan in January 2026. The manufacturer's warranty is valid until February 2028.

The case and bezel show dents remaining even after the manufacturer's polishing. This is due to prioritizing the thick form and original shape of the case, avoiding excessive material removal. This condition exudes a "strong core" that distinguishes it from pieces that have become unnaturally thin, and the sharp edges of the lugs suggest the inherent quality of the individual watch.

The dial and hands maintain their original condition, preserving the texture from that era.

The bracelet is a genuine Tudor five-link Prince bracelet (Ref. 62490). It shows very little stretch due to age and maintains a generous size, accommodating wrist sizes up to approximately 195mm.
