The case back is engraved with "Sho 53 36 Asahi-tetsu", indicating that it was issued by the Asahikawa Railway Administration in Showa 53 (1978).
This model features a 21-jewel movement with a hacking function, and was manufactured from 1971 to 1978.
It is the successor model after the production of the 19 Seiko (91 series) ended.

How to Operate
Manual Winding: Rotate the crown to the left (towards 12 o'clock) in its normal position.
How to Pull the Crown: Push your fingernail between the case and the crown and move it like a lever.
Time Setting: Pull the crown and turn it.
