商品説明
This is the "Mon Bijou," a renowned fully skeletonized watch produced by Orient in the 1990s, showcasing the pinnacle of their technology.
During the peak of the quartz era, this model deliberately pursued the beauty of mechanical movements—the "origin of watches"—allowing appreciation of the intricate manual-winding movement (Cal.48320S) from both front and back.
The main plate and bridges are entirely finished with perlage, creating a beautiful sparkle depending on the angle of light.
The small 34.2mm diameter case features a classic coin-edge bezel and onion crown, giving it an elegant appearance reminiscent of 19th-century pocket watches.
This is a rare collector's piece, accompanied by a warranty card dated 1993 from its purchase at a domestic authorized dealer at the time.
Condition
This particular unit has just completed a manufacturer's overhaul at Epson (formerly Orient) in April 2026.
It comes with the manufacturer's repair detailed statement, ensuring peace of mind.
*A 6-month repair warranty from the manufacturer (Epson) (until October 2026) is included.
The strap has been replaced with a new, top-grade SEIKO crocodile leather strap (side alligator). It is fitted with a dedicated gold buckle (SEIKO engraving only on the back) that blends seamlessly with the slim case, allowing you to use it comfortably from day one.
The glass is in very clean condition with no noticeable scratches. The case has minor scratches on the 9 o'clock side, but no noticeable plating剥がれ.
It maintains a miraculous condition for a unit over 30 years old.
Although it has been serviced by the manufacturer, due to its structure, it is a "non-waterproof" model.
Please be very careful when using it near splashes during handwashing, in the rain, and protect it from impacts and magnetism.
How to Operate
Manual winding: Rotate the crown upwards in its normal position
When winding the mainspring, rotate the crown slowly and carefully upwards.
It may feel light when you start winding, but it will become heavier as it winds up.
For manual-winding watches, forcing the winding when it reaches its stop will break the mainspring. Please be careful.
How to pull the crown: Gently pull it out by inserting a fingernail between the case and the crown
Pulling the crown too hard may cause it to detach. Please pull it out gently.
To prevent the crown from bending, remove the watch from your wrist before operating it.
Gentle operation can reduce stress on the crown.
Time setting: Pull the crown and rotate it upwards
The second hand does not stop
