商品説明
This is an Omega De Ville from 1968.
It is a beautiful non-date model with a slim round case, characterized by a refined, minimalist aesthetic.
It is powered by the ultra-thin automatic movement, "Cal. 711."
A legendary movement that boasts one of the thinnest profiles in Omega's automatic history (approx. 3mm thick), it features a non-date configuration that pairs perfectly with the dress watch style.
While the Cal. 711 is often found in two-hand models (no second hand), the Ref. 165.008 is one of the few three-hand models (with second hand) to feature this caliber.
The striking gold-filled case is complemented by a matching gold dial, with a vertical brushed finish that creates an elegant radiance depending on the angle of the light.
With a case width of 34.4mm, it has an exquisite size that fits perfectly with modern styles.
Despite its slim profile, it is a masterpiece engineered with a screw-back case to ensure water resistance.
(Note: This is based on its original performance; it is currently non-waterproof.)
Furthermore, this specific timepiece comes with its exceptionally rare original box and international warranty (guarantee). For vintage Omegas, finding a full set with these original accessories is extremely rare, making this a highly collectible piece.
We highly recommend this for those seeking an elegant vintage Omega, or a slim dress watch that won't catch on your suit or shirt cuffs.
Condition
This watch has been overhauled.
The strap has been replaced with a brand-new, genuine CASSIS alligator leather strap, providing the highest quality feel for your comfort.
The buckle is a third-party accessory.
The crown is an original Omega part featuring the Ω logo.
While it shows minor wear and scuffs consistent with its age, it operates smoothly.
The dial and crystal are in excellent condition with no significant scratches. While there is some age-related wear around the edge of the crystal characteristic of vintage timepieces, the dial remains highly legible.
The case back is engraved with the "Seahorse," the symbol of Omega's water resistance.
As this is a vintage timepiece from a past era, it is not waterproof. Do not expose it to moisture (such as on rainy days, while washing your face, or during hot, sweaty days).
Additionally, as it is a precision machine, please be mindful to avoid strong impacts from drops and exposure to magnetic fields (smartphones, PCs, speakers, bag magnets, etc.).
Operation Method
Pulling the crown: Insert a fingernail between the case and the crown and pull gently.
To prevent bending the crown stem, please remove the watch from your wrist before operating.
Operating gently will reduce the strain on the crown.
Manual winding: With the crown in the normal position, rotate upwards.
Time setting: Pull the crown out and rotate downwards.
The second hand does not stop.
