商品説明
This is a high-grade model of the Omega Constellation C-Line.
The C-Line refers to the case design by legendary watch designer Gérald Genta. It is famous as one of his greatest masterpieces. It features a beautiful, flowing case design where the case and lugs are integrated, maintaining a modern impression even after more than half a century.
The case back features a screw-back design with the observatory emblem, the symbol of the Constellation, embossed on it. The surface of the crown is engraved with the "Ω" mark, and there is a "Ω" watermark in the center of the crystal.
The dial has a beautiful sunray finish, which has aged over time into a tasteful champagne gold tone. It radiates an elegant shimmer depending on the angle of the light, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere unique to a vintage piece.
At the 12 o'clock position on the dial, there is the inscription "CHRONOMETER OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED," a testament to its chronometer certification. At the 6 o'clock position, the Constellation's signature star emblem is applied, serving as an accent to the dial design.
The movement equipped is the Caliber 564. It is a renowned chronometer-certified caliber that was only adopted for high-end models in the lineup at the time.
The movement is engraved with "ADJUSTED FIVE (5) POSITIONS AND TEMPERATURE," meaning it has been adjusted for five positions and temperature variations. The entire movement is red-gold plated, exuding the prestige of a high-end timepiece.
Condition
This watch has been overhauled.
It is fitted with a valuable genuine Omega stainless steel bracelet. Aside from scuffs and minor scratches due to age, there is some stretch and slight looseness in the links due to wear; however, this does not detract from the vintage feel and does not affect wearability.
The crown is an original Omega part and operates smoothly.
The crystal is original to Omega and features the Ω watermark in the center. While there are minor scratches that could not be removed through polishing, the dial remains highly legible. There is a tiny spot on the 12 o'clock side of the dial visible only when catching the light, but it is not highly noticeable during wear, and both the overall visibility and atmosphere are excellent.
As this is a vintage watch, it is not waterproof. Do not use it in humid environments (such as on rainy days, when washing your face, or on hot days when you may sweat). Being a precision instrument, please be careful to avoid drops and strong impacts. Also, keep it away from objects that emit strong magnetism, such as smartphones, PCs, and the magnetic fasteners of bags.
How to operate the Caliber 564
How to pull the crown: Insert your fingernail between the case and the crown and pull it out gently.
Pulling the crown too forcefully may cause it to come out. Please pull it out gently. To prevent the crown stem from bending, please remove the watch from your wrist before operation. Handling it gently will reduce stress on the crown.
Manual winding: With the crown in the normal position, rotate it upwards.
Time setting: Pull the crown out to the first click and rotate it downwards.
Date quick-set: Pull the crown out to the second click.
To advance the date continuously, you can toggle the crown back and forth between the second and first click positions.
Attempting to use the quick-set function while the watch hands are between "9:00 PM and 3:00 AM" will cause a malfunction.
It is recommended to set the time to around 6:00 before using the quick-set function.
