商品説明
This is a 14K gold-filled Seiko Crown Special model manufactured in 1962.
The Crown Special was a high-grade model developed based on the first Grand Seiko model.
At the time of its release, the Grand Seiko First retailed for 25,000 yen, while the gold-filled Crown Special (with a stainless steel case back) was priced at 8,900 yen.
Despite the differences in specifications, it is highly regarded as a practical luxury watch that offers both excellent precision and durability.
The dial features a delicate sunray finish that has aged into a champagne gold tone.
The indices are marked with the "SD" (Special Dial) symbol, indicating they are made of solid 14K or 18K gold, and are paired with three-dimensional dauphine hands.
The case is 14K gold-filled (FRONT 14K GOLD FILLED), and the case back is made of durable steel.
It is powered by the Cal. 341 movement, which features a hacking (seconds-hand stop) function.

Condition
This watch has been overhauled.
The dial shows very minor spotting and signs of aging, resulting in a color close to champagne gold.
The case and case back show light scratches consistent with age, but the engravings remain sharp and clear.
The crown is original and bears the "S" mark. Winding, time setting, and the hacking function are all in good working order.
It is fitted with a brand-new, genuine Seiko cowhide leather strap.
Due to its age, this watch is not waterproof.
Please avoid exposure to moisture, sweat, or rain.
Additionally, please use it with caution regarding strong impacts and magnetism.
