This is a 1951 Patek Philippe Calatrava Ref. 1491.

The most distinctive feature of this model is its unique and playful scroll lugs (spiral decorative lugs), which boast an innovative and opulent design.
The Ref. 1491 was produced in two variations: small seconds and center seconds.
This particular piece is a center seconds model equipped with Cal. 27SC.
The Cal. 27SC was the first movement developed specifically for center seconds (direct center seconds).
It is the final version of the 27mm hand-wound movement frequently installed in Calatravas.
The 18K solid rose gold case has a diameter of approximately 34mm, which is small, but its lug shape gives it a strong presence.
It features a large crown (5.3mm diameter) with the Calatrava emblem, making manual winding very easy.
It comes with an archive issued by Patek Philippe.
