This is an 18K yellow gold self-winding wristwatch by Vacheron Constantin.
This is a model from the 1990s (estimated), featuring a slim, round case made of 18K yellow gold and a flat sapphire crystal.
Sapphire crystal has the advantage of being highly scratch-resistant.
The dial is silver with a sunray finish.
Depending on the angle of the light, it can also appear champagne gold.
It features a glamorous design with the brand's iconic "Maltese Cross" applied logo set with a single diamond.
With its wedge-shaped indices and ultra-slim three hands, it is finished as a sophisticated dress watch.
It is powered by the Cal. 1124/1 movement.
This movement is based on the Cal. 889, which was famously used in watches like the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Control.
Taking advantage of its thin profile, it was used in high-end dress watches with solid gold cases.
The edge of the rotor is made of solid 21K gold to increase winding efficiency.

How to operate Caliber 1124
Manual winding: With the crown in the normal position, rotate upwards (clockwise)
Pulling out the crown: Insert a fingernail between the case and the crown
Imagine gently prying the crown away from the case.
Since the crown is small, it cannot be pulled out by pinching it with your fingers.
Setting the time: Pull out the crown and rotate downwards (counter-clockwise)
The second hand does not stop
Condition
This watch has been overhauled and the exterior finished by our shop, so it is ready to wear immediately.
The strap has been replaced with a new one from Di-Modell, so you can use it with confidence.
The buckle is an aftermarket (non-brand) part from Di-Modell.
There is a small scratch on the crystal near the 10 o'clock position.
There are minor scratches on the case that could not be removed during polishing.
Hallmarks are present on the side of the case at the 9 o'clock position and on the inside of the case back.
As this is a used item, there is no water resistance guarantee.
Being a dress watch, it does not have high water resistance to begin with.
Please be careful to keep it away from moisture.
