商品説明
This is a solid 14K gold Ulysse Nardin model from the 1950s.
Ulysse Nardin is a long-established watch manufacturer founded in 1846 in Le Locle, Switzerland.
The brand became so successful in the field of marine chronometers that it achieved a near-monopoly, earning a reputation as a prestigious brand that supplied navies in 50 countries.
This model features a solid 14K gold case and a chronometer-grade movement.
The solid 14K gold case has a refined luster and a charming, understated elegance.
It features uniquely shaped lugs, giving it a simple yet sophisticated design.
The dial has a radial finish with a champagne gold hue.
The brand's signature "anchor symbol" and "CHRONOMETER" are featured at the 12 o'clock position.
The crown is original and bears the anchor symbol on its head.
The movement is a chronometer-grade version of the Felsa BIDYNATOR.
The "CHRONOMETER" engraving on the rotor and its bright copper-colored finish are particularly striking.
Felsa was a major movement manufacturer.
It was later acquired by ETA, which continued to utilize its designs.
The BIDYNATOR was developed by Felsa in 1942.
It is famous for being the world's first bidirectional winding movement.
While traditional movements only wound the mainspring when the rotor turned in one direction, the BIDYNATOR could wind regardless of the rotation direction.
It was patented in 1947 and widely adopted in the 1950s.
Instructions
How to pull the crown: Gently pull it out by inserting a fingernail between the case and the crown from the back.
Pulling the crown too forcefully may cause it to come out completely. Please pull gently.
To prevent bending the crown, please remove the watch from your wrist before operating it.
Operating it gently will reduce stress on the crown.
Manual Winding: Rotate upward in the normal crown position.
Time Setting: Pull the crown out and rotate downward.
The second hand does not stop.
