商品説明
This is a King Seiko second model, a rare chronometer specification.
The second model of King Seiko began production in 1964.
Among them, the chronometer specification is a rare model as it was only produced for a short period of about two years.
The second model added a hacking function (second hand stop function) that was not present in the first model.
The case back was changed from a press-fit snap back to a screw back, improving practicality.
Durability was also improved by designing thicker lugs for the case.
This particular piece is an early model, with "Chronometer" written in script on the dial at the 12 o'clock position.
There is an AD dial (applique dial) mark at the 6 o'clock position.
The hour and minute hands and indexes are multi-faceted and mirror-finished, giving them an elegant sparkle and presence.
The entire dial has a slight aging effect, making this piece attractive with its charming aged appearance.
The case back features a golden "Lion Medallion," giving it a special feel.
Unlike other King Seikos, the tip of the second hand has a unique expanded design.
The original crown has the W SEIKO logo.
With a diameter of 5.5mm, it is easy to grasp with your fingers and operate.
How to operate
Manual winding: Rotate upwards with the crown in the normal position
How to pull out the crown: Press your nail between the case and the crown and move it like a lever
Please remove the watch from your wrist before operating.
Gentle operation can reduce the stress on the crown.
Time setting: Pull out the crown and rotate downwards
The second hand stops
Condition
This item has been overhauled and the exterior polished by our store.
The leather strap has been replaced with a new genuine one, so you can use it comfortably.
Similar to the early 44KS movement, it has a "sickle-shaped" second hand regulation lever, and the hacking function operates normally.
The crown is genuine and engraved with "W SEIKO".
There are some scratches and dirt on the side of the crown, but there is no wear on the edges, making it easy to operate.
The medallion on the case back has a thin crack.
Due to its old age, it is not waterproof.
Please avoid wearing it on rainy days or hot days.
Also, be careful of impacts and magnetism.
