商品説明
This is a 1969 King Seiko 10-beat manual-winding model.
King Seiko is a series positioned at the top, alongside Seiko's highest-grade watch, the Grand Seiko.
It was manufactured until the 1970s.
Its refined exterior design, specially designed crown, and decorated case back are attractive features.
This was the first King Seiko model to adopt a 10-beat high-beat movement.
It is a thin, high-grade watch that incorporates the high-oscillation technology cultivated at the "Swiss Chronometer Competition."
The movement features the Cal.4502A, a high-beat specification (10 beats).
It has a hacking seconds mechanism, making it highly practical.
The crown is original, engraved with "KS" specifically for King Seiko.
It has a diameter of 5.7mm, making it easy to grip for smooth manual winding and time setting.
The silk-patterned dial has aged overall, with a subtle luster.
It has a large tonneau-shaped case, 38mm wide.
The case sides are composed of three surfaces combining mirror polish and hairline finish, and together with the large lugs, create an impressive design.
Due to its thin case, it doesn't catch on shirt sleeves, making it comfortable to wear.
How to Operate
Manual Winding: Rotate the crown upwards in its normal position
To wind the mainspring, slowly and carefully turn the crown upwards.
The 45 King Seiko will not operate stably with only 10 to 20 turns.
Please wind it almost all the way to the stop.
At the beginning of winding, the crown may feel light, but it will become heavier as it winds.
For manual winding watches, forcing the winding when it's already fully wound can break the mainspring.
Please be careful.
Time Setting: Pull the crown out two clicks and rotate upwards
The second hand stops when the crown is pulled out two clicks.
Quick Date Change: Pull the crown out one click and rotate upwards
Operating the quick date change when the watch is indicating "9 PM - 2 AM" will cause a malfunction.
It is recommended to set the time to around 6 AM before performing the quick date change.
