This is a long-selling hand-wound model of the Cartier 'Must Tank LM'.
It has undergone a complete service by Cartier (Richemont Japan).
The Must Tank features a sterling silver (925) case with a gold coating known as 'Vermeil'.
This is a model from the 1980s, equipped with a hand-wound movement.
Since Must Tank models switched to battery-operated (quartz) movements in the 1990s, hand-wound pieces are quite rare.
The dial is the popular ivory face with Roman numeral indices.
It features the 'SWISS' marking at 6 o'clock and the 'CARTIER' secret signature within the 7 o'clock index.
The hands are glossy black.
They catch the light beautifully depending on the angle.
While hand-wound watches require manual winding, the crown is easy to grip and operate, making this a great choice even for those new to mechanical watches.
The Must Tank LM (Large Model) was originally released as a men's size.
Due to its compact dimensions, it is unisex.

Operation
Winding: Rotate the crown upward while in the standard position.
Please wind the mainspring slowly and carefully by turning the crown upward.
The crown will feel light at the start, but will become firmer as the spring reaches full tension.
Be careful not to force the crown once it stops, as this can break the mainspring.
How to pull out the crown: Insert a fingernail between the case and the crown and pull gently.
Pulling the crown too hard may cause it to come out. Please pull gently.
To prevent bending the crown, remove the watch from your wrist before operating.
Gentle operation helps reduce strain on the crown.
Setting the time: Pull out the crown and rotate downward.
Condition
This piece has undergone a complete service and crown replacement by Cartier (Richemont Japan).
It includes a 24-month manufacturer's warranty effective from May 9, 2024.
With the included 'International Lifetime Warranty Certificate', the cost of Cartier overhaul services (base fee for complete service) will be free for life. (Parts are charged at actual cost.)
The International Lifetime Warranty was validated during this complete service, so please keep it in a safe place.
The strap has been replaced with a new CASSIS cowhide leather strap for your comfort.
The buckle is genuine Cartier.
There is some thinning of the plating and minor peeling on the back side.
There are minor scratches on the case and glass, but overall, it remains in beautiful condition.
The dial shows slight signs of aging near 6 o'clock, but it is not noticeable to the naked eye.
Due to its age, this watch is not waterproof.
Please avoid wearing it on rainy or hot days.
Please also be mindful of magnetism and impact.
