商品説明
This is a 1961 Omega Constellation, Ref. 14381-61-SC.
The "SC" in Ref. 14381-61-SC stands for sweep second (center seconds).
Featuring a 12-sided dial with gold-colored hands, indices, and Omega logo, this is a luxurious piece.
While standard 12-sided dials typically feature baton indices, this particular example incorporates a more intricate design, alternating baton indices with wedge-shaped indices at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions.
The case is Cap Gold.
Cap Gold consists of a very thick layer of gold bonded over a stainless steel case.
It is characterized by having a thicker gold layer than gold-plated or gold-filled finishes and is a specification often seen on high-end luxury items from the 1960s.
The case back is stainless steel with a screw-back design.
The gold-colored observatory logo remains in beautiful condition.
Since relatively few Constellation models feature this gold-colored observatory logo, it carries a special appeal.
It is powered by the "Caliber 551" movement.
This is a chronometer-certified movement used in high-end "Constellation" models.
It features Omega’s signature red-gold plating, giving it the refined character expected of a luxury timepiece.
As a non-date model, it is easy to use without the need for calendar adjustments.
This is highly recommended for those looking for an antique Omega that is both simple and distinctive.
How to Operate
Pulling out the crown: Insert a fingernail between the case and the crown and gently pull it out.
It is easier to pull out if you insert your nail from the back of the case side.
To prevent the crown from bending, please remove the watch from your wrist before operating.
Handling it gently will reduce strain on the crown.
Manual Winding: With the crown in the normal position, rotate upwards.
Time Setting: Pull out the crown and rotate downwards.
