商品説明
This is a 1968 Omega Seamaster Date, Ref. 166.037 SP.
Its greatest feature is its neat and graceful form, stripped of all excess, characteristic of Seamasters from this era. The gentle curves flowing from the slim yet three-dimensional lugs into the case exude an elegance unique to vintage watches that cannot be found in modern models.
The silver sunburst dial has aged into a soft, champagne-gold hue over time. It displays the warm character unique to an antique, shimmering elegantly depending on the angle of the light.
It is fitted with its original stainless steel "beads of rice" bracelet, which enhances the beauty of the watch. The crystal is also an original Omega domed crystal with a date lens for improved visibility, combining the soft texture of a vintage watch with practicality.
It is a sincere and refined piece that will subtly elevate your everyday attire.
Condition
This watch has been overhauled and the exterior has been polished.
The crystal is an original Omega domed crystal with a date lens. It remains in excellent condition with only minor scuffs, and the dial visibility is good. It features the Omega watermark in the center.
The watch is fitted with an original Omega beads of rice bracelet.
It can accommodate a maximum wrist size of approximately 185mm (including an extension plate).
This is a great option for those who have struggled with finding vintage bracelets in the right size.
Due to its age, this watch is not water-resistant. Please avoid wearing it on rainy or hot days, and take care to keep it away from water and moisture.
Additionally, please avoid subjecting it to shocks or magnetic fields.
Operating Instructions
How to pull out the crown: Insert a fingernail between the case and the crown from the back side and pull it out.
Pulling the crown too hard may cause it to come off. Please pull it out gently.
To prevent bending the crown, please remove the watch from your wrist before operating it.
Operating it gently will reduce strain on the crown.
Manual winding: Rotate clockwise while the crown is in the normal position.
Setting the time: Pull the crown out to the first click and rotate counter-clockwise.
The second hand does not stop.
Quick-set date: Pull the crown out to the second click to advance the date by one day.
Performing a quick-set operation while the watch hands are between "9:00 PM and 3:00 AM" will cause a malfunction.
We recommend setting the time to around 6:00 before using the quick-set function.
To perform sequential quick-set date adjustments, you can toggle between the second and first click positions.
