商品説明
This is a Seiko semi-luxury item, the "Lord Matic".
The Lord Matic was a luxury model second only to the Grand Seiko and King Seiko, and was a series primarily featuring a "one-piece case".
This particular 5606-8030 model, however, features a screw-back (screw-down case back) rather than a one-piece case.
The transition from one-piece cases to screw-back cases was also observed in the King Seiko (KS 5626-7110 → 5626-7111).
The design was changed around 1973, reflecting the changing times.
To preserve the original form, the case and bezel have been carefully polished in-house.
We have restored the original brilliance of the elegant design, which consists of two mirrored surfaces on the sides.
The rare blue dial features a sunburst finish, giving it an elegant shimmer depending on the angle.
The crystal surface is also very clear, allowing you to fully appreciate the vibrant dial in excellent condition.
This model is equipped with an automatic movement.
It features manual winding, hacking seconds, date and day display, bilingual day display (Japanese/English), and a quick-set calendar function, making it a very practical model.
Condition
This watch has been overhauled and its exterior has been refinished.
The bracelet is an original Lord Matic and can accommodate wrist sizes up to 178mm, including the extension plate.
The extension plate is designed to stretch when pulled while worn.
While there are minor scratches remaining on the case, the watch as a whole retains a beautiful condition that strongly reflects its original appearance.
As this is an older watch, it is not water-resistant. Do not use it in damp environments (e.g., on rainy days, when washing your face, or wearing it on hot, sweaty days).
Also, as it is a precision instrument, please be careful of strong impacts such as drops, and magnetic fields (e.g., smartphones, PCs, speakers, magnets in bags).
