商品説明
This is a 1969 Swiss-made BULOVA self-winding wristwatch.
The dial features a delicate sunburst finish, creating an excellent design where the plain mirror-polished bezel, applied indices, and bold dauphine hands stand out beautifully.
In addition to the sophisticated case design and the sculptural beauty of the dial, the texture of the dial, which has aged to a color resembling champagne gold, radiates a unique elegance found only in vintage watches.
This piece comes with a valuable, original Bulova bracelet (featuring the brand logo on the clasp) and retains its original crown with the BULOVA logo, further enhancing the watch's overall classical atmosphere.
It is powered by the "Cal. 11BLACD" movement. This mechanism is the definitive version of the company’s 11BL family, incorporating automatic winding, center seconds, and a date complication. Notably, this piece features the upgraded 23-jewel automatic specification rather than the standard 17-jewel version. It uses a smooth balance wheel without screws and features a Kif shock-absorption system. The gold-shining rotor visible when the case back is opened gives it the stature of a high-grade timepiece.
In addition to its vintage appeal, this piece is enhanced by its original bracelet and crown, as well as the charming and rare old logo on the case back, which depicts a ballerina. You can enjoy its sophisticated appearance, which blends beautifully with contemporary fashion.
Condition
This watch has been overhauled.
It is equipped with a valuable original Bulova bracelet, allowing you to enjoy a classic, integrated look.
The original crown with the BULOVA logo operates smoothly.
【Regarding the exterior】
The hands and dial show no significant deterioration and remain in very beautiful condition. There are minor scratches and scuffs on the case and bracelet consistent with age, as well as a tiny crack on the bezel at the 10 o'clock position; however, none of these detract from its aesthetic appeal.
As this is an old timepiece, it is not waterproof. Do not use it in damp environments (such as on rainy days, while washing your face, or on hot, sweaty days).
Also, as this is a precision instrument, please be careful to avoid strong impacts such as dropping it, and keep it away from magnetism (smartphones, PCs, speakers, bag magnets, etc.).
Operation Guide
Manual Winding: Rotate clockwise in the normal crown position.
How to pull out the crown: Insert a fingernail between the case and the crown and gently pull it out.
Pulling the crown too hard may cause it to come out completely. Please pull gently.
To prevent bending the crown, please remove the watch from your wrist before operating it.
Operating it gently reduces the strain on the crown.
Setting the time: Pull out the crown and rotate it counter-clockwise.
The second hand does not stop (no hacking function).
Date quick-set: You can advance the date by moving the hands back and forth between 10:00 PM and midnight.
