商品説明
This is a 1972 (Showa 47) Grand Seiko "5645-7010."
The "56 Grand Seiko" is the final series of mechanical Grand Seikos.
It is a high-grade mechanical wristwatch that achieves a thin, compact, and lightweight design while remaining a high-precision automatic.
Its refined GS case and dial design exude a unique sense of elegance.
The "GS case" adopted here is the classic design of the "Seiko Style," composed of flat and curved surfaces used in top-tier models.
The case back is a screw-back type and features the gold GS medallion.
Due to aging, the dial has beautifully transitioned into an elegant, warm hue close to champagne gold.
It features a date display, a hacking second function, and manual winding, making it highly practical.
Condition
This watch has been overhauled and the exterior has been polished.
To maintain its precious original form, we performed a careful light polish to remove surface dullness, achieving a balance between the natural vintage texture and a beautiful shine.
The date quick-set function operates normally.
The strap has been replaced with a brand-new Seiko strap.
The dial has some very small spots and light scuffs due to age, but it is in relatively beautiful condition.
The hands show some slight dullness, but this does not significantly affect the overall aesthetics.
The crystal is clear with no noticeable scratches.
The crown is an original part with the GS logo.
The gold GS medallion on the case back has a small dent on the rim and a minor stain near the "O" in "SEIKO," but it remains in relatively good condition with no peeling or major corrosion.
As this is a vintage watch, it is not water-resistant. Do not use it in environments with moisture (such as on rainy days, while washing your face, or on hot days when you may sweat).
Additionally, as this is a precision instrument, please be careful to avoid strong impacts such as dropping it, and keep it away from magnetic sources (smartphones, PCs, speakers, magnetic bag clasps, etc.).
Operating Instructions
Manual Winding: Rotate clockwise in the normal crown position
Time Setting: Pull the crown out to the second click and rotate counter-clockwise
The second hand stops when the crown is at the second click.
Date Quick-set: Pull the crown out to the first click and rotate counter-clockwise
Performing a quick-set operation while the watch indicates a time between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM may cause a malfunction.
We recommend setting the time to around 6:00 before using the quick-set function.
