It is equipped with the [Cal.7019A] movement, which features a quick-set date and day function (no manual winding or hacking function). The inner bezel can be operated smoothly in both directions by turning the crown in its standard position.

Condition
This watch has been overhauled.
The dial, hands, and crystal show no major scratches or signs of aging and remain in excellent condition. The clarity of the crystal is exceptional, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Arabic dial without any obstruction.
The bezel shows minor polishing marks from the past and faint surface scratches visible under certain light, but we have left it as is to preserve the well-defined edges.
The case and bracelet also show age-appropriate scuffs and light scratches, allowing you to enjoy the authentic vintage character of the period.
The bracelet is the genuine original (factory-issued), as featured in the catalog from that time. Interestingly, it features a specific design unique to the Arabic dial model, distinct from the bar-index version of the same type, and the buckle clearly retains the "SEIKO 5 SPORTS" engraving. It is a highly valuable collector's piece that retains its original, rare parts combination. It fits a wrist circumference of up to 184mm.
As this is a vintage watch from an older era, it is not waterproof. Use in environments with moisture (such as on rainy days, while washing your face, or wearing it on hot, sweaty days) is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, as this is a precision instrument, please be careful to avoid strong impacts such as drops, and keep it away from magnets (smartphones, PCs, speakers, bag magnets, etc.).
Operation Instructions
Winding the mainspring: Shake the watch to wind it. There is no manual winding functionIf the watch has stopped, please shake it gently about 40 times to wind the mainspring before use.
Pulling out the crown: Insert a fingernail between the crown and the case from the back (using a lever motion)Because the crown is recessed into the case, it is easiest to operate by inserting your fingernail between the case and the crown from the back.
Inner bezel operation: Rotate the crown while in its standard positionSetting the time: Pull the crown out to the second click and rotate upwards
Date quick-set: Pull the crown out to the first click and rotate downwards (the inner bezel will also rotate)
Day quick-set: Push the crown in while in its standard position
You can quick-set the day in the order of English → Japanese → English.
Operating the quick-set while the watch shows a time between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM may cause a malfunction.
We recommend setting the time to around 6:00 before performing a quick-set adjustment.
