商品説明
This is a Longines "Admiral 5 Star" manufactured around 1974.
The Admiral is one of Longines' iconic dress-sport watch lines.
It features a sophisticated design equipped with a practical automatic movement, distinguished by the three-dimensional "5 Stars" logo on the dial.
This particular piece is equipped with the in-house automatic "Caliber 506" movement.
The date quick-set mechanism features a push-button function, allowing for rapid date changes by pressing the crown in deeply, making it highly practical for daily use.
The silver dial features a high-quality vertical hairline finish.
The Longines "winged hourglass" logo is placed at the 12 o'clock position, while the "ADMIRAL" text and the three-dimensional 5-star logo are positioned at 6 o'clock, creating a subtle shine when it catches the light.
The combination of sleek baton indices and sharp hands ensures excellent legibility and allows you to enjoy a sophisticated look typical of vintage timepieces.
The case is made of stainless steel and features a design with a powerful shape extending from the lugs to the sides of the case.
The case back is a screw-back type.
The crown is signed with the "LONGINES" name and the "winged hourglass" logo.
It comes fitted with a rare original Longines stainless steel bracelet, allowing you to experience the atmosphere of the 1970s just as it was.
Condition
This watch has been overhauled and externally polished.
The dial is kept in very beautiful condition with excellent legibility.
The crystal has been polished to ensure clear visibility.
Including the original bracelet, the watch remains in good condition, allowing you to enjoy an aesthetic appropriate for its age.
Due to its age, this watch is not water-resistant. Avoid wearing it in environments where it may be exposed to moisture (such as on rainy days, while washing your face, or on hot, sweaty days).
Also, as this is a precision instrument, please take sufficient care to avoid drops, strong impacts, and magnetism (from smartphones, PCs, speakers, bag magnets, etc.).
How to operate Caliber 506
Manual winding: Rotate upward in the normal crown position.
Time setting: Pull the crown out one click and rotate downward (clockwise).
Date quick-set: Push the crown in deeply from the normal position.
Each time you push the crown in, the calendar advances by one day.
*To avoid damaging the date-switching gear, please refrain from quick-setting the date during nighttime hours (approximately 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM). It is recommended to move the hands to around 6 o'clock before operating. Please perform the operation gently and firmly to reduce strain on the movement.
