For over 20 years, we have handled bracelet repairs for many customers. However, we have now restructured our system to focus all our resources on servicing and commercializing our own products, and providing after-sales care to our customers.
We sincerely apologize to customers who are looking for maintenance services for watches purchased on Yahoo Auctions or from other stores, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

We will continue to accept maintenance consultations for your precious watches. (Please note that due to the nature of vintage items, repair may not be possible depending on the availability of parts and the condition of the individual item.)
We repair OMEGA bracelets.
We have repaired over 560 OMEGA bracelets, including Seamaster, Speedmaster, and Constellation.
Even though metal bracelets last longer than leather straps, they are consumables, so it's important to wipe off sweat and prevent dirt from accumulating with daily care.
Replacing the entire bracelet is expensive, so it is common practice to replace worn parts as needed.
The repair costs and lead times are as follows:

Regarding link pins
OMEGA bracelets are attached by press-fitting pins and pipes to connect the links.
Over years of use, the pins wear down and thin, causing them to fall out. We repair this by replacing them with OMEGA-specific pin pipes.
If one pin comes out, it is often the case that other parts are also worn and will eventually come out in sequence.
To prevent the watch from falling due to a loose pin, we recommend early replacement if symptoms such as loose pins appear.
When you bring your watch to the store, we will check for looseness in other pins.
Depending on the bracelet model number, the number of pipes can be one or two, and the price will differ.
If you bring your watch to the store, we will inform you which type it is.
Link pin pipe replacement is not possible if there are no holes on the side of the link to drive in the pin.
Regarding the clasp (buckle)
If the clasp (buckle) becomes difficult to lock or the slide part comes out, it can be repaired by replacing the spring or screw.
If the connecting part of the clasp (buckle) is damaged, we recommend replacing the entire buckle.
Please note that for some models, such as Aqua Terra and Planet Ocean, we may not be able to obtain parts for link and buckle replacement.

Regarding clasp spring replacement
If the lock on your OMEGA buckle is loose, it can be repaired by replacing the buckle spring.
The price varies depending on the type of buckle.
For single push-button buckles, using aftermarket springs costs 5,500 yen (tax included).
For double push-button buckles, using genuine springs costs 11,000 yen (tax included).
