While several 8-day power reserve pocket watches exist, creating an 8-day power reserve mechanism for a watch in a smaller size is extremely challenging.

Whereas a typical wristwatch mainspring is about 30cm long, Eberhard's 8DAYS uses a combined mainspring measuring 1.55m, consisting of two mainsprings, one large and one small, linked together.

With the smaller mainspring positioned beneath the larger one, winding the crown first winds the larger mainspring, and this force then slightly winds the smaller mainspring.

By repeating this process, the watch successfully stores a large amount of mechanical energy without placing excessive strain on the gears or other components.

The power reserve indicator needle rises quickly to "FULL".

The mainspring itself has enough length for 9 days, so even if the needle is at "FULL," you can still wind it further.
When winding, please wind until it stops.

While many Eberhard 8DAYS models feature classic designs with white dials and Roman numeral indices, this 'Postillion' model boasts a stylish design with a black dial and Arabic numerals.
