Cartier's long-selling model, the Tank.
This is a 1970s manual-winding model.
Compared to later Must de Cartier Tank models, it features a noticeably longer blue stone on the crown.
The case is gold-plated.
The dial is white with popular Roman numeral indices.
The blue steel two-hand design offers high visibility and a stylish, beautiful finish.
The blue steel hands have a glossy sheen that catches the light beautifully from different angles.
There is a "SWISS" mark at the 6 o'clock position and a railway minute track inside the indices.
Unlike later Must de Cartier Tank models, it does not have the "CARTIER" secret signature within the indices.
Manual-winding watches require manual operation to power them, but because the crown is easy to grip and operate, this model is also recommended for those new to manual-winding timepieces.
With its classic and refined atmosphere, it is suitable for any occasion.
Operation Instructions
Winding: Rotate the crown upward while in the normal position
Pulling the crown: Gently pull it out by inserting a fingernail between the case and the crown
Pulling the crown too forcefully may cause it to come out. Please pull it out gently.
To prevent bending the crown stem, please take the watch off your wrist before operation.
Gentle handling helps reduce the strain on the crown.
Setting the time: Pull the crown out and rotate it downward
Condition
This watch has been fully overhauled by our shop.
The strap is a brand-new Hirsch, ensuring a comfortable fit from the start.
The case shows minor scratches and some signs of corrosion/wear on the back, but these are not very noticeable.
Given its age, it is in relatively good cosmetic condition.
There are no noticeable scratches on the glass.
The blue stone on the crown remains in beautiful condition.
Due to its age, this watch is non-waterproof.
Please avoid wearing it on rainy or hot days.
Also, please be careful of impacts and magnetic fields.
