This is a hand-wound pocket watch from the Longines Heritage Collection, released around 2007.
The Heritage Collection is a revival of Longines' masterpiece models, whose history dates back to 1832.
The original pocket watch for this reproduction model was manufactured in Switzerland's first watch factory in 1867 and is a monumental model that was awarded a bronze medal at the Paris World's Fair in the same year.
The case features a hunter case (double-sided lid) and is equipped with an onion crown.
The dial is a glossy, enamel-like white with large Roman numerals for high legibility.
It features a cursive Longines logo, spade hands, and a railway track minute scale on the small seconds, recreating a classic style.
The opening and closing front cover protects the crystal. In addition, the front cover opens by pressing the crown button, making it easy to use.
When closing the front cover, you can reduce wear on the locking mechanism by pressing the crown button while closing it.
Recommended for those who appreciate classic pocket watch designs.
Condition
This watch has been overhauled.
There are light scuffs on the case and linear scratches on the case back.
Comes with original box, pouch, string, and chain.
Although it has a double case back, it was not originally a waterproof watch.
No water resistance guarantee. Please be careful with moisture.
As it is a precision instrument, please be careful to avoid dropping it or subjecting it to strong impacts.
Also, please be careful not to bring it close to objects that emit strong magnetism, such as smartphones, PCs, or magnets on bag clasps.
How to Operate
To open the front cover: Press the crown button
Hand-winding: In the normal crown position, rotate upwards
To pull out the crown: Insert your fingernail between the case and the crown and lever it out
Setting the time: Pull out the crown and turn it
